In House Service
Like an on-site service call, in-house service
allows a technician to provide a high level of service. However, more intensive
repairs may require a level of diagnostics not available for on-site repairs.
This may include repairs which require a broadband connection or a hardware
repair which requires installation of new components. In-house service may be
required, but is based on a per customer basis.
If you have a repair that needs fixed and would
rather bring the computer to us, go ahead, SecondRing always welcomes
Off-Site Support as well.
In-house service normally operates on a first
come first serve basis. We always do our best to give an estimated time of
completion, but due to the nature of our business an exact time cannot usually
be given. Because of our first come first serve policy, we cannot guarantee your
computer will be repaired immediately. |
